About

James and Amelia wish you a warm welcome to the Three Pigeons Inn. Our Pub and Restaurant is situated on the B5429 about 3 miles from the Ancient market town of Ruthin, in the picturesque village of Graigfechan. The Three Pigeons Inn is an ancient drovers tavern and retains many original features – log fires, oak beams and a warm traditional ambience.

We moved into the “Pigeons” in September 2007 and have been busy refurbishing inside and out ever since.

Our Pub serves a selection of fine real ales, quality lager and cider and a good selection of red and white wines. We have recently revived the tradition of serving ale directly from the cellar in two or three pint jugs.

The restaurant serves very high quality but simple food, most of which is cooked fresh to order from ingredients sourced locally.

We very much believe in supporting the local community where possible, we have used local craftsmen during our refurbishment – our restaurant tables are made from locally grown ash and oak and were crafted by a local award winning furniture maker. Our staff that are mainly from the surrounding area are well trained to provide the best possible service with courtesy and a smile.

The views across the Vale of Clwyd are some of the best in North Wales. You can while away the hours on a warm sunny day and capture these magnificent views from our terrace and covered balcony.
